Discover a more spacious, resilient, and aligned body through Yamuna® Body Rolling.
This class series is designed to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and improve posture using specialized Yamuna® balls. Most of the class will be on the floor on your mat focusing on back, neck, and shoulders.
Each class offers gentle, guided practices that empower you to take charge of your own well-being and cultivate a sense of relaxed inner space within your body.
What You’ll Learn:
• How to roll along the lines of muscles from origin to insertion, encouraging healthy movement
• Techniques to release adhesions and improve fluid movement in the fascia 
• Ways to enhance posture, balance, and ease of motion
What to Bring: Comfortable (yoga type) clothing, a mat if you have one - Balls will be provided or bring your own
