Discover a more spacious, resilient, and aligned body through Yamuna® Body Rolling.
This class series is designed to help you release tension, increase flexibility, and improve posture using specialized Yamuna® balls. Most of the class will be on the floor on your mat and each class will have a unique focus.
Classes will offers gentle, guided practices that empower you to take charge of your own well-being and cultivate a sense of relaxed inner space within your body.
What You’ll Learn:
• How to roll along the lines of muscles from origin to insertion, encouraging healthy movement
• Techniques to release adhesions and improve fluid movement in the fascia
• Ways to enhance posture, balance, and ease of motion
What to Bring: Comfortable (yoga type) clothing, a mat if you have one - Balls will be provided or bring your own
