Come find your own balance through gentle, guided practices.
This four-week series weaves together the Realization Process and Yamuna Body Rolling to help you reconnect with your body’s  center, release tension, and build foundational strength and stability. Each class offers a supportive, accessible environment where you’ll learn to:
• Inhabit your body fully - fostering a sense of calm, clarity, and presence
• Align with your center - move with greater balance
• Release restrictions - using Yamuna Body Rolling to free movement and improve alignment
• Cultivate resilience - developing physical and emotional balance that supports you in daily life
We will be standing and sitting on a chair (ie not getting on the floor)
What to bring:  Comfortable clothing, an open mind, balls will be provided or bring your own
